Building the Platform: I basically created the entire platform from scratch. Manager (Agile): I keep our development process smooth by planning and running sprints with Jira. Design & Testing: I work with designers to make sure the platform is easy to use and to refine any processes I come up with. I then work with clients and colleagues to perform QA. Business Side: I talk to investors and potential clients to show them how our platform can help them and gather feedback on how we can improve. Infrastructure: I manage our data systems, make sure everything runs smoothly, and I'm always looking for ways to improve our tech (like adding Smithy to make things even better in the future).
